About the Tour
The Kathmandu to Chitwan Tour starts from the city of Kathmandu where we will visit famous UNESCO World Heritage sites. The Kathmandu valley is full of temples, stupas, wooden carved houses and many other interesting things. During the tour we will visit famous the Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambunath temple which is a common religious site for Hindus and Buddhists, Bouddhanath Stupa, Durbar squares in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan.
Our next destination is Chitwan where we will see the sub-tropical jungles of Chitwan National Park, and explore the area by jungle safari and canoeing. Chitwan National Park is situated 120 km southwest of Kathmandu and covers 932 sq. km. in the flat lowland region of southern Nepal. Here you can see different kinds of animals, birds and many other things. The most interesting part of Chitwan National Park is the jungle safari which will be scheduled for activities like bird watching, canoe ride to spot crocodiles etc. In the evening we can enjoy a cultural dance presented by locals. The total days of the tour is 7 days and we assure that each day in Kathmandu and Chitwan will be memorable.
